Caroline Hensley
Caroline Hensley is an English PhD student at the University of Wisconsin–Madison focusing on twentieth- and twenty-first-century literatures, critical race studies, and the health humanities. She also holds a BS in health sciences and a BA in English from Clemson University. Her position as a Mellon-Morgridge Fellow supporting the “Health and Inequality Constellation” program at UW–Madison is informed by her commitment to interdisciplinary thinking and experiential learning for students. In her work with the World Humanities Report, Caroline is investigating the shifting forms of humanistic thought and practices in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
