V. Senthilselvan

V. Senthilselvan is an artist turned secondary school teacher. He graduated from the prestigious Government Arts College, Kumbakonam (Tamil Nadu). His doctoral research examined the relationship between literature and painting as evidenced in temple art that owes its origins to what is known as the Nayaka period in Tamil history. A fellow traveler with the Dalit arts movement in Tamil Nadu, he has been a keen observer of the cultural scene in the state.
