Germán A. Palacio

Germán Alfonso Palacio is Faculty Professor at the National University of Colombia–Amazonia Campus in Leticia and director of the Imani Research Institute and the Center of Amazonia Think Tank (CEPAM), as well as an honorary fellow at the Latin American, Caribbean and Iberian Studies Program at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Before that, he taught in the Law School and Department of Political Science of the National University of Colombia, Bogotá. He is the author of Territorios improbables: Historias y ambientes (2018) and has published extensively on environmental and socio-legal topics and Amazonia.
