Christina Parolin

Christina Parolin is the former Executive Director of the Australian Academy of the Humanities. Prior to that appointment Parolin had worked in a variety of policy and administrative roles across the Australian higher education sector. She has a PhD in history from the Australian National University and in 2009 was awarded the J. G. Crawford Prize for her thesis, “Radical Spaces.” She is coeditor of Newgate in Revolution: An Anthology of Radical Prison Literature in the Age of Revolution (2005) and author of Radical Spaces: Venues of Popular Politics in London 1790–c. 1845 (2010).
